Bookings
The simple 3 step plan to booking your ‘Kiwi Break’
- Talk to us first so together we build up a holiday plan and price to suit – email:info@kiwibreaks.co.nz
- Book your flights either online or through a local travel agent.
- Book your New Zealand land arrangements with us.
We don’t require you to fill out long or complicated forms. We’ll let you know specifically what we need during the initial discussions. Once you are happy with what we have planned we will:
- Set up your booking as requested. In many cases we can have a same business day turnaround but in general you should allow us up to 48 hours to secure all arrangements.
- Send you a full confirmation detailing all we have booked. At this point we will require a deposit in return from you. The deposit amount will vary depending on the types of services booked but at a minimum will be NZ$100.00 per person. Your deposit at this point is non refundable.
That is essentially all there is to it.
- Thirty Five day’s prior to your arrival in New Zealand we will require final payment for all arrangements that have not already been paid.
- On receipt of final payment we will send you a copy of your New Zealand ‘Kiwi Break’s’ Itinerary.
